Prof. Lakhmi C. Jain PhD | ME | BE(Hons)| Fellow (Engineers Aust), Founder, KES International Professor Lakhmi C. Jain, PhD, Dr H.C., ME, BE(Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia), is with the Liverpool Hope University and the University of Arad. He was formerly with the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Canberra and Bournemouth University. Professor Jain founded the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies world-wide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generate synergy in teaching and research. KES regularly provides networking opportunities for professional community through one of the largest conferences of its kind in the area of KES. |

Prof. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc.. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals. He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. ![]() | Prof. Dr. Junsheng Shi Yunnan Normal University, China Prof. Junsheng Shi is a professor in the School of Physics and Electronic Information, Yunnan Normal University, Kunming, China and also member of China Illuminating Engineering Society-Image Technology Specialized Committee. Since 2001, he has been a Ph.D. in School of Optics and Photonics, Beijing Institute of Technology. He in charge of Yunnan Province key disciplines "Optical Engineering" and leader for Technology innovation team in color and optical imaging technology of Colleges and universities in Yunnan. He is a member of the Professional Committee of China Optical Technology Optical Society, Chinese Society of Image and Graphics Technical Committee stereoscopic image, foreign journals "Optical Engineering", "Journal of Display Technology" and the present domestic main disciplines journal "Acta Optica Sinica", "Chinese Optics Letters","Acta Photonica Sinica" and other reviewers. In 2004 and 2008, respectively, awards of scientific and technological progress and natural science in Yunnan Province. Three projects of the National Natural Science Fund and two projects of the Yunnan Natural Science Fund have been completed. In past five years, the two major projects in Yunnan Province Department of Education were presided over, more than 50 papers have been published, fifteen invention patents have been applied for, and authorized two. His research interests include color appearance models, the color management systems, characteristics of the human visual system and application for color imaging and digital image processing. |

Prof. Rumen Mironov Technical University of Sofia, Sofia, Bulgaria Prof. Rumen Mironov received his MSc and PhD in Telecommunications from Technical University of Sofia and MSc in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. He is currently Head of the Department of Radio Communications and Video Technologies, Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. His current research focuses on digital signal processing, audio and video communications and programming languages. | |
Assoc. Prof. Ivo Rumenov Draganov Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria Ivo Draganov received B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Telecommunications from Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2003, 2005 and 2009. Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Telecommunications and teaches Programming in Assembler, Digital Design, Measurements in Telecommunications, Audio Systems and Speech Coding, Multimedia Systems, Digital Video Broadcasting and other subjects. His main areas of scientific research are digital image processing, pattern recognition, multimedia systems and neural networks. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Computer & Communications Engineering Journal. During his research activities Dr. Draganov participated in more than 10 national and international projects and published more than 80 papers. He is a member of IEEE. |

Prof. Yingkai Liu Yunnan Normal University, China Yingkai Liu is the dean of the Institute of Physics and Electronic Information, Yunnan Normal University. He obtained his MS degree in condensed matter physics from Yunnan University in 1998 and PhD in condensed matter physics in 2002 from Nanjing University. He then did his postdoctoral research in the Center of Super-Diamond and Advanced Films (COSDAF) at City University of Hong Kong before joining Yunnan Normal University. He visited City University of Hong Kong from Sep. to Jun, 2019 and Rice University from February to December, 2018. His research interests include nanomaterial synthesis & characterization, and Nano device fabrication for photodetectors, gas sensors, environment and biomedical applications. Up to now, he has published 78 articles in the world famous journals such as Advanced Materials, Advanced Optical Materials,Sensors and Actuators B, Applied Physics Letters, and Nanomaterials etc. His papers were cited 1800 times by other people. |

Dr. Yonghang Tai Yunnan Normal University, China YONGHANG TAI, is a Professor in Yunnan Key Laboratory of Opto-electronic Information Technology of the Yunnan Normal University. He is also an Associate Researcher in the Cybersecurity Lab and the Digital Research & Innovation Capability Platform of the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He received the Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science in 2019 from Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia. His research interests include physics-based simulation, AI-based medical implementations, Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality, the Internet of Medical Things and big data. He has published more than 60 research papers in many international journals and conferences (e.g., IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Haptics, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics and IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics) and conferences (e.g., IEEE INFOCOM, IEEE IECON, IEEE SECON). He gave nine keynotes at international conferences. He is widely regarded as one of the most active and influential young scientist and expert in VR/AR/IoT/Data Science/AI, as he has the experience to develop ten different services for multiple disciplines. |

Dr. Roumiana Koutcheva, S.R. TK Engineering, Bulgaria Roumiana Kountcheva is Vice President of TK Engineering. She got her MSc and PhD at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, and became Senior Researcher (SR) at TIE, in 1993. R. Kountcheva had two post-doc trainings in Japan (Fujitsu, 1977 and Fanuc, 1980). She has more than 200 publications (including 32 book chapters and 5 patents), and presented 23 plenary speeches at international conferences and workshops. She is a member of IRIEM, IDSAI, IJBST Journal Group, and Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition. R. Kountcheva participated as PI, Co-PI and team member of 47 scientific research projects. She is a reviewer of WSEAS conferences and journals, and edited several books for Springer SIST series. Her scientific areas of interest are in image processing and analysis, image watermarking and data hiding, multidimensional image representation, tensor representation, pyramidal image decompositions, image and video compression, CNC, programmable controllers, etc. |
